Featured Replies

Hi, anyone can share rental contract form, Im about to renew DL and I need rental contract to get residence certificate. I live in my gf house, so I guess she could fill it for me.

Thanks

Think you will find that you need to have done 90 day report

Edit. Just noticed "renew"

I think I never needed contract for 90 days reports

OP, in your case your renewing DL.

For a new DL you need a 90 day report to obtain residence certificate.

Been a problem for me for years as travel too often and never done a 90 report.

I was referring to needing 90 report to obtain a residence certificate.

Chaeng Wattana immigration is the only office that requires 90 day reports being done to them as far as I know.

If the OP profile info is correct he is in Pattaya and it is not required there.

You would not need a rental contract if living with your girlfriend. A statement from her stating your are living with here would be enough with a signed copy of her ID card attached to it and the rental agreement she may have already.

That depends on where you're staying in Thailand. Just because CW says you need to do a 90 days report, doesn't mean every immigration office requires it.

That's correct, you can even get a Resident Certificate there on a tourist visa.

Im in Pattaya

I was thinking printing form would make it stright forward no questions asked, did that before.

Still searching for form, might get one of Google
