What are the entry points into Laos from Thailand that farang can use?

What are the entry points into Laos from Thailand that farang can use?
TIA

Chiang Khong-Huai Xai in Chiang Rai Province,

Nong Khai-Vientiane,

Nakhon Phanom-Thakhek,

Mukdahan-Savannakhet,Chong Mek-Viang Tao in Ubon Ratchatani Province,

Tha Li in Loei Province,(not sure it's open,but there was a report in Thaivisa.

Not to forget Wattay Airport, Vientiane and Luang Prabang Airport.

Tha Li in Loei Province,(not sure it's open,but there was a report in Thaivisa.
