Blai
I was wondering if anyone has updated law for non-immigrant O to work visa's or knows where I can find that information? From my understanding, I can apply to a non-immigrant O visa and then apply for a work visa if I marry a Thai national? (as long as I don't work in a prohibited occupation? Once I get a work permit, I can apply to jobs/hand out resumes in Thailand? Thank you in advance.
ubonjoe
You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or extension of stay.based upon marriage. A work visa does not exist. You have to be working for a registered company or partnership to apply for a work permit. You don't need a work permit to look for work.
