I will be attempting an extension to my O-A in the near future and one of the items is a rental agreement. 

 I am living on Koh Samui in an apt that is supplied by her employer so no rental agreement is available. Does anyone have any experience or ideas to deal with this. Tks

I assume her means your partner or wife. A statement from her employer stating they provide the accommodations with the address included for her and a letter stating from her stating you are living with her with a signed copy of her ID card.
