Thai Drivers Licence

OK so I would like to acquire a Thai driving Licence - My UK Licence is lost in space somewhere back in the UK and to be honest I cant be arsed to pay a whole lot of cash to the UK DVLA to replace it SO....this is the question - I would like some advice on the obtaining the Thai drivers licence and what is needed to obtain it - thanks in advance.
