Na Jomtien Questions

Hi,

I have been living in Bangkok and occasionaly taking weekends to Jomtien beach but would like to try Na Jomtien next time. It looks nicer than regular Jomtein beach from the distance.

I tried to take the sontheew over there but found out you need to take a taxi from Sukhumvit to get there. Do any of the Bangkok busses from Ekkamai offer a stop in Na Jomtien? How do most of you get there that do not own cars?

Also, can you recommend a centrally located hotel right accross from the beach for 1000 baht per night or less? and can a rent a motorbike in na jomtien?

Should get the Satahip #2 bus, and then tell the bus driver where you want to get out along the way. Ambassador Hotel would be the first choice maybe.

Ban nam Mao hotel in Na Jomtien(google it).800 baht per night about 5 min walk to the beach,they will pick you up at the Pattaya bus stop if you ring them first.You will probably have to go to JomTien to rent a motorbike.
