Convert Non-Imm extension reason from working to retirement

Could someone please outline the required documents and process for this?

Assuming 800k deposit method, does money need to be seasoned for 2 months before converting?

You're not really converting so much as applying for a new extension by reason of retirement. In that case, a Retirement extension has the requirement of seasoning the deposit of 800k for two months.

To change the reason for your extension from working to retirement you will need termination letter to cancel your extension and then apply for the extension based upon retimrent.

You will have to meet the financial requirements for the extension of stay. You would need the 800k baht to be in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months on the day your apply or proof of 65k baht income or a combination of the 2 totaling 800k baht.
