TMD - Thai Meteorological Department weather website down

Since Sunday 26th October 2020 I noticed the TMD site in down. Previously (recently) it had a security license warning and Bangkok Radar images were missing.  

Does anyone have a best alternative to this weather site?

Radar images are great for predicting current weather.

I use a second site called windy.com, but there may be better out there?

Probably the usual Thai maintenance standart problem.

all i can add is i noticed the same. 

 this is not radar but where there are clouds sometimes rain:

I have "rain viewer" android app that seems to display some radar now but it does not look to have all the radar stations displayed as usual.

No evidence the site itself is down.  It is, however, inaccessible.  It looks like the authorities either forgot to renew their DNS subscription, or the DNS server is down.

Just now Google says weather forecast is at the machine http://www.tmd.go.th and radar is at weather.tmd.go.th, but nslookup gives a server failure for both of those machines, that is, the government has not told the Internet name server tree where the name server for TMD is, or there is a name server but it did not respond to a question or sent back a garbage answer.

Without knowing their IP address, nothing can contact these two machines. Both IPv4 A queries and IPv6 AAAA queries fail.
