Off topic slightly but I can't work out what they have done at Pattaya Thai near Tukcom. Why fix the sidewalk and leave a big gap full  of  dirt and rubbish? To help people trip over Maybe?

They don't want to change the normal way they work? If they did it properly people might expect them to do every job properly.
