Featured Replies

Something like B & B hickory would would be terrific https://bbcharcoal.com/hickory-lump-charcoal/

Or what the best BBQ lump charcoal we can get?

This is not a thread about saving money. Cheers

Check Tru Value. Also think I have seen small sacks at Foodland or Friendship in Pattaya

When driving in the countryside it is often seen in burlap bags stacked on the roadside for sale.

Buying it direct from charcoal-burners has got to be the - oops! I almost said "...cheapest way to buy" forgetting that this is not a post about ssving money.

Good luck wherever you get it.

The local stuff is cheap and I have never had an issue with it.

True value looks like a good option thanks!

Kingsford does seem to be available however that is briquettes rather than lump.

The closest you are going to find is at Makro....The briquettes are rectangular & burn long & uniformly easy to time....Designed, I think, for food vendors needing daily hours/reliability ...The bags are squared - black & white packaging(?).....

Much better than the local stuff that burns through like tinder.....

If doing a serious bbq, this is what you need.....Unfortunately, not flavored.....I use, Apple, Hickory, Mesquite, Cherry, etc., chips for that....

There's some local bbq stores that have chips, Lazada has the chimney charcoal starters + I think the smoking chips & chip burn boxes.....

If you get into smoking, I recommend the smoking pellets from bbqgrillsthai.com
