I'm getting the following message:

 

Alert message!  Please specify your Travel Document!

 

But i have a good copy of my passport phot and have selected "PAssport" in my traverl document section.

Are there other restrictions to the upload which i don't know about. I have keeping rthe file under 500kb.

Hopefully you are following the CURRENT special instructions for travel requirements posted on your local Thai Consulate website.

 

If you continue to have issues please let the forum know

• the country you are currently in
• the Consulate webpage prerequisite/instruction list you are following
• the type of visa you are attempting to acquire, along the reason for travel to Thailand
