Be aware it’s a two step procedure: you apply with the required docs and wait for pre-approval (within 3 working days - got mine within a day), and after pre-approval you are given 15 days to upload travel and ASQ details. Strictly, I would have thought this is Zurich, but surely the origin port is more important ? They could make this form much clearer ! Origin -transit -destination !
