stament
I googled this and there were answers on tripadvisor but I couldn't see anything official hence the post here. Are foreign students studying at Universities in Thailand permitted to work part-time, if so what are the rules? From what I read in a few postings ,my understanding is that no foreigners are allowed to work without a work permit and this would also logically seem to apply to students. Thanks in advance. DrJack54
You cannot work without work permit. Doing online work is however done by many.
ubonjoe
You cannot get a work permit if you have a non-ed visa or a extension of stay based upon attending school. It is possible to do a internship when attending school if it is sponsored by the university.
