Recommendations of lawyers that can prepare a prenup agreement

I have heard people quote 8-9000k Baht for a prenup, I have also heard of figures double or triple that. I don't have a tight budget but if someone can recommend a lawyer that will do a good job for a good price please let me know. Thanks

I assume you are male and you are where?

 

There are plenty of experienced family law attorneys in Bangkok.

I would make several appointments and go there and make a decision yourself.

 

How much is your financial future and protection of your assets worth?

I would gladly pay 3 times your quote for a proper prenup.

She obviously needs to sign it also so if she is Thai, make sure the documents are in Thai and English.

Also, I would audio record any interaction she has with the attorney to negate any future "I did not understand" 

claims on her part.

 

You are being very smart to do this don't let it go or be talked out of it.

I would hope that the prospective wife turns up with her own lawyer to explain the full consequences of what she is about to sign.
