Two male students aged 25 and 26, who returned from Libya, a 60-year-old Thai male merchant from Mozambique, and a 37-year-old Thai woman from Italy tested positive in a Chonburi state quarantine hotel on November 26.

Two Thais -- a 33-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man who works as a hotel employee -- returned from South Korea on November 24 and tested positive on November 27 and 28 respectively in state quarantine facilities in Chonburi province.

A 55-year-old Frenchman arrived on November 21 and tested positive on November 26 in an alternative state quarantine hotel in Bangkok.

A 23-year-old Omani businesswoman arrived on November 26 and tested positive on the same day in an alternative hospital quarantine.

A 28-year-old Kuwaiti man arrived on November 26 and tested positive on the same day in an alternative hospital quarantine. His health record confirmed that he had been infected with the virus four months ago.

Meanwhile, two patients have recovered and been discharged.

The total number of confirmed cases in Thailand increased to 3,977 (1015 in state quarantine), 117 are in hospital, 3,800 have recovered and been discharged and 60 have died.

According to Worldometer, as of 10am on Sunday, the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak increased to 62.56 million (up by 571,698), 43.19 million have recovered, 17.92 million are active cases (105,238 in severe condition) and 1.46 million have died (up by 9,199).

Not a good time to open the borders ...

Just wait for a working vaccine and fast tests .

Two  infected Thais coming from South Korea is surprising.

Money talks???

I would love to see the monthly arrivals vs infected during ASQ . More I read the infected cases the more it puts me off actually applying for ASQ etc . Especially transit via places like Dubai etc.
