Since this insurance has been recommended on this forum, I tried signing up today. After filling in my personal details, I clicked on "Please confirm all my information is correct" (or something very close to that effect). But the system then only takes me back to the top of the page. It does not advance to the payment page. I contacted company's chat help; she said to try Chrome (I was using Firefox.) But the same thing happened.

Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix?

And if I can't resolve this, is there any very similar, inexpensive travel insurance that would work for Thailand entry?

When doing a similar thing on other sites my experience is if something is missing or not correct it will do the same thing you are getting.
