New visa, old 90 day reporting

I'm a little confused so I'll give it a go here. 

I should do my next 90 day reporting on 22nd December, but, just a few days ago I got a new 1 year visa based on my job. I'm now wondering, does the 90 day reporting still have to be done on 22nd Dec., or, does it start 90 days starting from the date the new visa was issued?

Just realized why I was so muddle about this. When we leave and return to LOS, that's when the new 90 days start... Silly me.
