Anyone know of a professional document shredding company here in Pattaya? I recently retired and no longer have to keep all my paperwork from my prior government job. Since storage is at a premium in my condo I want to get rid of it all. Any suggestions appreciated. Has to be shred due to the sensitive personal information contained therein.

I suppose if you can not find a professional shredder you could get a cheep hand cranked one and hire a local to do it.

Not the most eco friendly matter of disposal but...

get a burn bin?

get an old oil drum with out a top from a scrap vendor poke a few holes in the bottom side,

find yourself an area that you won't offend anyone by the smoke and burn the lot?

but speaking of eco-friendly... is there a recycle center around? I know in Singapore, Malaysia and Indo people go around calling out for old news paper. I've seen cardboard scavengers here, there's got to be a place where they go to sell it. It might get you some beer money?

If you find someone to shred the documents for you make sure that the shredder does a cross cut shred and not just into strips as information from the documents could be obtained if the shredder is not a cross cut version.

Just tear it up and throw it out in the garbage. If you are really worried, turn it into paper mache.

talk to the pattaya hash house harriers. they use shredded paper so probably know where the shredder is and i reckon your paperwork will make for several happy mondays.
