Immiservice mobile app

Featured Replies

15 December 20.  Tried to use the mobile app and gives the error message service error.

is anyone able to use it?

thanks

Android or iPhone?

What is the error message?

Cannot connect timeout? Service error?

WiFi or mobile data? If WiFi disable, try mobile data.

How far along do you get? Past log-in?

If Android then force stop the app and restart the app.

You've successfully registered, right?

Have you ever successfully logged-in?

More details will help.

service error.

Sorry, missed that.

Yes, I get the same when opening the app, pop-up "Service Error", on mobile data, but on WiFi (AIS Fibre) I just get "Loading", then "Can not connect or timeout". Maybe someone tripped over the extension cord and forgot to plug it back in?

Done clears the message but cannot log in.

Tried everything I know, couldn't resolve issue. I could log in a few weeks ago.

Maybe others will have better luck?

Web portal seems to be working.

Make sure any VPN is disable, both on smartphones and computers.

If you do not have a computer to use you might want to try using the mobile browser on you phone or tablet to use the online site. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

Remember seeing a post or two about this working for some.

I am able to "check the status of previous" filings, on my phone using Chrome.

Thanks for this tip.

Will try it for my next report, if the web-portal fails after the first page.
