Condo's - Thanks To Buddha?

Going to work this morning in Singapore there is a new condo going up at the bottom of Dunearn Road next door to a condo I looked at when I first moved here.

I was busy looking for the sign, "Foreigners Eligble" when I saw the sign sayng, "All units sold - thanks to God"

I had to laugh but wondered are they putting signs up thanking Buddha for selling all units in Bangkok ;-))))

It is in Singapore I saw the sign in English that thanked God on the same sign it was announcing all units sold (Before much work has gone on from what I can see)

I know the Thai's have various ceremonies when breaking ground etc but do they put signs up on complete sales?
