I've recently moved in a new condo in the same district. Should I still report TM28?

I thought it's for temporary moving but for those who change living address too?

I am only repeating what I read elsewhere here... some Imm Offices are happy with a TM30 to report a new address. Submit one ASAP.

I did mine online and after entering at the two sites I was then able to search and print mine.
