There is right now a single flight listed on the website page I linked showing a flight 12/31 as a repatriation flight. Try finding a flight from LAX to one of these spreadsheet flights in to BKK from that is not a connecting flight in one ticket through and you will find all kinds of reason why that can't happen. Some carriers want 72hr PCR-RT tests that are no older than 72 hrs from test to touchdown at your final destination. It just adds to the logistical nightmare that already existed when I flew in. Why what can't happen? All the flights from LAX to BKK connect somewhere. Where does anyone say the flights have to be nonstop? There have not been direct flights since Thai Airways cancelled their short lived direct LAX to BKK flights maybe 8 to 10 years ago. The declaration form required for the COE, has a section on intended date of departure and arrival, where it says Quote "Flight Number(s), (Please specify if travelling by air; for travel with multiple flights, please specify all flights) And by the way I'm sitting in Bangkok right now, having flown from LAX 2 weeks ago on a single ticket where I connected in Taipei. I just put LAX and BKK into the EVA Air website and they showed me which flights were available around my selected dates, and I picked one. All the flights from TPE to BKK were on the list, otherwise they can't land in Bangkok. The flights available from LAX to TPE were not on the list, because they don't have to be, since that list is the flights that are approved to land in Bangkok. I did not come on a repatriation flight, which was the whole point of my original response to you. They added the semi commercial flights since you came in. The 72 hours is prior to departure of someone's originating flight, not the touchdown in Bangkok. And it also refers to the date and time of when the results were issued. If a carrier has that restriction, then don't fly them as others don't.
