Popular Post Dublin01
All, Not usually a poster, but wanted others to know in case thinking of using thrm for new year etc. .... Ordered Christmas dinner from Tops Online over a week ago. Food didn't arrive in morning (with 10 people enroute for dinner !) . After calling , was told was an error with Staff, delivery postponed to tomorrow. I pointed out that arriving a day late for food wasn't exactly a solution but they called back to say they could not deliver. Also note that I called them , they did not call me !!! ...So had to cancel order . Was very fortunate to contact passion delivery and they delivered within an hour !!!! (was very good too, will be using them again !) So advice is to stay clear of Tops if your order is any way time sensitive. Now, I'll wait for the credit card refund .... that should be fun !! 1

madmen
Second world country. All of them suck at delivery at times and stuff is missing or not in stock. Planning an important event around a tops delivery wasn't to smart IMO
Saltire
Never used TOPS, never been to one as the closest is too far, but as well as passiondeliery, I have used paleorobbie, britishop and siamburi's and can recommend all of them. Out of 25 or so orders, all have arrived on the day they schedule, all chilled or frozen perfectly. I had 2 orders in for Christmas food and all delivered on time, even though they shipped from Pattaya to Kanchanaburi. Sorry to hear about TOPS, must have been a bit stressful ???? moontang
Part of the problem is their employees can't afford to shop there.

Thanks for the tips, i've tried a few of above, will look at others. Overall, my delivery experience in Thailand has been good to excellent and it in incredibly cheap to get deliveries compared to West. A stressful hour but passiondelivery came through. Only regret was delivery guy left so fast , I wanted to tip him !
CrunchWrapSupreme
Wife's family keeps bugging me to use the Tesco Lotus free delivery over 1500 baht. This is exactly why I avoid it. I know for sure they'll screw up the order. You also need to be able to see any new promotions, select your own fresh vegetables and meat, and try to enjoy getting out of the house once in awhile.
