Need to repair the Exhaust of my Car...Toyota Altis 2003..any idea where I can find a decent Shop that can weld it safely?

Looking for a recommendation for a Car repair Shop in the Pattaya Area for an Exhaust repair.

Straight forward Job of joining two pipes together, probably by welding.

Would like to get a recommendation for a Shop that can do it safely....either on the Car or by taking the Exhaust off first.

 

I found some small places along Sukhumvit Rd. who will do it cheaply...just not sure if they do it safely for my Car Electronics.

 

Any ideas?
