Do to his incompetence, my stock portfolio was up almost 30%.  My greatest year as an investor.

So, thank you Mr. Trump I will never forget you.

I made way more money under Obama.  My greatest investment period.  So, thank you Mr. Obama.  I will never forget you.

I do believe the almost 20 million unemployed might argue with your praise of Trump.  Not to mention the relatives and loved ones of the 350,000 who have died due to CV19.  Many of these deaths were preventable if we had a better POTUS.

Trump will be remembered by his supporters as some kind of martyr, although how one achieves that playing more golf at taxpayer expense than any other President is something I am unable to comprehend.

To rational people, he will be remembered as the apotheosis of flim-flam and failure.

While I don't disagree with the opinions you are expressing, I do have to wonder if the comma and full stop functions on your keyboard have stopped working.

he also began a fight to bring production back from china to USA,

Trump praised his administration's accomplishments, which he said included its handling of the coronavirus pandemic and rebuilding the economy.

That's the best joke I've heard in years.

1. The new infections and deaths speak a different language.

2. What did he rebuild? Even the steel for some bridges is made in China, the country is dependent on China, in 95 % of all medicine in the US are ingredients from China, or it's made in China.

You easily pleased. It could have been better. Trump inherited a growing economy and low employment. His mishandling of the pandemic and prioritizing the wealthy dampened the trajectory of the stocks.

Yes, another failed presidency. Many in the past few decades.

Yes, remembered--but, all bad memories.

This is just a small list of his 'accomplishments'.  An interesting article to read.  One Trump's followers should read.

https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2021/01/the-legacy-of-donald-trump/617255/

To assess the legacy of Donald Trump’s presidency, start by quantifying it. Since last February, more than a quarter of a million Americans have died from COVID-19—a fifth of the world’s deaths from the disease, the highest number of any country. In the three years before the pandemic, 2.3 million Americans lost their health insurance, accounting for up to 10,000 “excess deaths”; millions more lost coverage during the pandemic. The United States’ score on the human-rights organization Freedom House’s annual index dropped from 90 out of 100 under President Barack Obama to 86 under Trump, below that of Greece and Mauritius. Trump withdrew the U.S. from 13 international organizations, agreements, and treaties. The number of refugees admitted into the country annually fell from 85,000 to 12,000. About 400 miles of barrier were built along the southern border. The whereabouts of the parents of 666 children seized at the border by U.S. officials remain unknown.

That's a good STARTING point to a Trump list. To it, I'd add:

--further tarnishing the U.S.'s reputation among other nations by regularly embracing autocratic dictators and spurning decades long alliances with western democratic allies.

--by all accounts, telling more lies and various forms of alternate reality rubbish than any president in U.S. history.

--bringing QAnon and absurd conspiracy theory garbage into the mainstream of U.S. national politics.

--by purposefully sowing discord and division among Americans and in the U.S. political system, leaving the U.S. weakened and China and Russia more powerful and assertive than ever on the world stage.

--probably mounting the most serious attack on the U.S. form of democratically elected government and representation since the southern states in the Civil War, all based on lies and conspiracy theory nonsense.

--despite his populist/nationalist rhetoric, doing virtually nothing to reverse or begin to close the widening gap between rich and poor in U.S. society.

--consistently attempting to erode and revoke Obamacare, the closest the U.S. has come to a broad system of national healthcare coverage, while at the same time failing on his repeated promises to enact something better.

And I could go on further from there... It's a VERY long list...

He'll be remembered alright.... with disgust.

The best predictor of the future is past performance.

China's been cleaning our clock since they were admitted to WTO and normalized trade with the USA.  Until Trump.

Yet, US trade imbalance with China increased 25% during Trump's term despite Trump removing China from most favored nation trade status and imposition of tariffs.

Trump 'seems to have been outplayed and outsmarted throughout the global trade war' that Trump began.

Nothing desperate about it. 45 used his private henchman Bill Barr to block any investigations into his finances ("I'll release my taxes AFTER my audit"). Cohen already testified to what a crook 45 is, and now SDNY will have the proof they need to make 45's life a misery the rest of his days.

It 45 hadn't been such a miserable <deleted x ∞ >, he might have gotten a 2nd term. Instead, he's going to slither out the door in disgrace, and into the welcoming bosom of arresting officials with extra small handcuffs and extra big smiles.

No wonder he cut his sojourney to the elite and loyal fundamentalists short, he may be a little shocked and want to meet with Sidney Powell to file injunctions ????

You will likely be remembered as the 44th or 43rd worst president ever. Just behind Buchanan or Harding. And you will be remembered for the massive number of failures on your watch.  The trade deals with China. Xi won your insane trade war, hands down. Trump was knocked out cold, 2 minutes into the first round. He simply does not know how to negotiate his way out of a paper bag. And he was likely outclassed by 60 or 70 IQ points. Which is not hard.

You are a human wrecking ball. You have obliterated long standing treaties, not honored the previous pledges the nation made (honor? what is that?), destroyed alliances, and made the nation weak and feeble. You seem to have gone out of your way to always pick poorly qualified and low quality department heads and advisors. You appointed hundreds upon hundreds of highly under qualified judges, to lifetime appointments, just because they were young and conservative. Many did not even have any trial experience. And you have failed at nearly anything you have touched. The response to Hurricane Maria. Severely botched. The response to the Floyd protests. Botched. The response to Covid. Severely botched. And now your response to your sound election defeat. Botched. You are humiliating yourself daily, with your juvenile denial.

Trump is a man of deceit, foul play, a traitor to his nation, and a man so lacking in compassion, character, allegiance, loyalty, kindness, generosity, fidelity, heart and soul. He is morally bankrupt. His ex associates know that. The thousands of small contractors who have sued him for money owed know that. There is no doubt that Trump is the opposite of a patriot, there is no doubt that Trump is a coward and a traitor, who will sell out  his nation to despotic dictators, and who will deny aid to faithful allies. Thankfully we have just a few more weeks left of this nonsense and then he will be in gloriously ushered out of Washington to a life of humiliation, a completely radioactive name that nobody in their right mind is ever going to want to touch, and a crumbling mini empire. That is just what he deserves, that is what he's worked hard for and that is something that the world will celebrate. There is no honor in his game.

I hope that Donald Trump will be the guy who once was rich, but after his 4 years of

President, he will become the rich guy who gets to become personally bankrupt.

I doubt that he will go to prison at least for the next few years, but hopefully some day.

After Jan 20th, I do hope that when we see this guy on TV, it will be to see him

becoming less and less rich as many people come and take away his money.  I wonder how

much longer he will own his fancy jet, or golf courses, etc.  Maybe he will just disappear into

that Swamp   he talked about.  Good Riddance Donald Trump.

Geezer

Let's not forget his total disdain of the 1st Amendment.

He repeatedly used the Stalin and Hitler line that calls the press 'the enemy of the people'.

He gassed people exercising their 1st Amendment right of assembly simply so he could do a photo op holding a book he's never read in front of a church he never attended.

Yes, we will remember the Trump administration’s decision to repatriate some 40,000 US residents from China, even as he ordered a ban on Chinese entry to the US last February.
