With Chinese, and other, PSUs getting something that’s a bit or quite a bit over rated is often a wise choice. 2

With Chinese stuff, getting anything that actually meets the specification they claim is a bit of a lottery. I don't think, "Does what it says on the tin" translates too well into Han. A handy rule of thumb when buying "blind" on lazada, shopee or aliexpress is to avoid the ridiculously cheap stuff. It's 24watt,would i compromise the system if i installed a much larger rated driver? I mean would it help.
VocalNeal
The output voltage is the "pressure" the wattage is the "capacity". Increasing the wattage/capacity without increasing the voltage/pressure will be fine. Here are the details. What model do you have? Sadly, probably cheaper and easier to buy a new one. You have to be a bit careful because LEDs are not voltage driven, they are current driven. Over-current the device and it will go phut! Getting a driver of similar spec. from a different source would be ok.

Crossy
Lamptan are usually pretty good, but if you can get Panasonic with similar output numbers you should be good to go.
