Used to be a link to the free house plans in Thailand on Crossey's web site but appears the site is no longer up.

Any other link to these plans...?

Wife eventually wants to build a 1/2 decent place on our land near Chum Phae but begin with a granny flat style.

Idea is to add on later.

The plans have gone from the original website (https://www.dpt.go.th/).  However, a copy remains on a rival forum.  The rules here prohibit me from naming it, but if you Google ""Thai house plans 3 bedroom 3 bathroom" you should find them.

We got the plans for our build a couple of Years ago from http://www.thaihomeplan.com/

Our builder made some alterations to customise it to our need, and we were very happy with the results. 

I think the plans were 5000 bht,

Yeah, sadly my site has gone belly up during an attempt to move to alternative hosting and I've simply not had time to sort it. I think the source has gone too ????

 

Anyway, these and many other plans should be available from your local ampur office, just ask them for the house plan books.

Always get back there every year and planned on having longer stays now that I've hidden my phone number from many who just cannot accept that one wants to retire.

Then along come that flamin' mob with their virus and stuff everything up well and good. 

 

Still, wife will probably be around longer than I will so good thing for her to concentrate on and look forward to, Thai family as well.
