Hello there, has anyone reported TM30 online successfully within this past month?

 

First, I tried the phone app but the android app for "Section 38" is not available. 

 

Then, I tried the Immigration website.  I was able to register and set up my account.  But when I do the actual reporting, I keep getting an error message that says "Import data in sequence (1) is incorrect.  Please correct the information before saving."  Here are what I have tried:

 

  1. Import data with an excel file (using the excel version downloaded from the Immigration website).
  2. Enter data into the website directly.
  3. Played with a few browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE.

 

If anyone has reported TM30 online successfully within the past month, please share your knowledge ????  Thanks!

I have used it a long time but last month it did not work. I tried many times with no luck. When I went to immigration to do it I asked why and the lady IO just said it doesn't work sometimes.

The app never works for me but did mine on the immigration website on the 5th of this month with no problem. Have done it there multiple times in the past.

I have used the app many times in the past but can not use it anymore (for weeks already, keep getting message that there is something with the server/connection). I got the same message "Import data in sequence (1) is incorrect" on the website. Tried many times with direct input and also import spreadsheet (that was end December). At the end the problem was solved by switching off google translate before saving data. Try and let me know if that worked for you as well?

Never used app, only online but that didn't work last time.
