From Simon's post 2 hours ago: "His Thai representative has phoned Mochit, and Hua Lamphong just to confirm - No Foreigners Allowed to board state public transportation right now."

Any experiences?

Has it been like this since March continuously?

All lines or just selectively enforced?

AFAIK NCA doesn't accept farang either. Don't think Asians will have a problem.

Any end in sight?

So a farang can only travel to deserted touris traps like Pattaya,  Phuket, Hua Hin and so on (seems to be no problem, even by train) or to big cities by plane?

What a wonderful travel destination Thailand has become.

Thank goodness for that,.  I wouldn't touch public transport anywhere let alone here, unless its the BTS in BKK, but as I never go there anymore, it doesn't count.
