Rather than start a new thread, I'd like to ask some simple questions about Pattaya /Jomtien here.

1.Is Jomtien open to travelers from other parts of Thailand?

2. Do I need any paperwork to go there or after I leave there? (Seems there were some forms at one point in time for people who planned to go to another province.)

3. If I use an online hotel booking company like Agoda, will I get my room?

If everything is as it always has been and you can just grab a room without a problem, you can just write everything is normal. (As before Covid aside from a lot of closed businesses)

By the way, I'm not interested in the nightlife there, just getting away for a couple of quiet days by the seaside. So the closing of shops isn't an issue. I just worry the hotels won't be open or there will be some sort of special requirements to stay there or get a room.
