Tanoshi
Which Insurance, Covid or Health? Only the Covid is required for a Non O Visa based on marriage. The Covid Insurance must cover your period of stay which is 90 days on a Non O entry. For a 1 year extension of your 90 day permission of stay there is no requirement to provide any kind of Insurance from an O type Visa entry. Sheryl
Many people have come in with O visa and 90 days COVID insurance. COVID insurance is required only to enter the country. Not required for in-country extension.
