Hi I'm Canadian and have an extension of stay based on a Non-Imm OA visa.  Just got the extension so it expires in Feb 2022.  Also got a multiple re-entry permit expiring same date.  I want to visit Canada and am looking at the requirements for returning to Thailand afterward.  The Thai embassy in Ottawa website has the list of who is eligible for a Certificate of Entry, which includes holders of OA visas but says nothing about holders of extensions.  And I've found nothing in the linked Thai government sites that does.  But I think I've seen on this site that some people from other countries have successfully got a COE based on an extension of stay.  Has anyone got one based on an extension of an OA from Canada?  And does anyone know of anything official that has yet been published referring specifically to extensions of stay rather than visas?  Logic suggests extensions should qualify just as visas do but I don't want to make assumptions.
