THAIPHUKET
Drying out, taking the fish. Does this really makes sense? Water management wise? Keeping the walls strong?

kickstart
We have a few fish-ponds in our area ,some are often dried out ,and they spread lime in the dried pond ,which I would say would kill any Bactria /spores that would harmful to the next batch of fish . But I would have thought the sun would have killed off any pathogens ,

weedywhaoo
You need to dry the pond and take out all fishes. If you have old fish in the pond, they will eat the new baby fishes.
