London embassy requires e-appointment page with barcode - any ideas?

Recommended Posts

Getting close to OA Visa being granted (fingers crossed). All information loaded online and ready to roll.

All I appear to need to send is my passport. Now I require e-appointment page with barcode apparently. The nominal appointment date was the morning of the afternoon I sent the final piece of information, there is no link there anyway.

Any bright ideas?

Sorry to say there is simply nothing to print & no links in the application confirmation. If I could get my stupid computer to work properly I would send a screenshot.

Did you print out the application the first time you did it. The barcode is on it.

Perhaps you could find some info in the instruction manual. https://thaievisa.go.th/static/English-Manual.pdf

I have never used the site so it hard for me to make suggestions or be of much help.

Thanks for your suggestion Ubon Joe, but I simply can't find a button to press to print anything.

I did get a reply from the Embassy however telling me not to worry about it & simply send the information & my contact details. I'm really not sure this is reliable or simply a lazy response from a random member of staff.

Last I tried for OA I sent all the information in advance, was assured it was all in order only to be told very sniffily at the Embassy it wasn't worth the paper it was written on.

It looks like I will have to send it & hope for the best.

Have you made payment?

Once you have made payment you can make appointment or submit your passport by post.

You can then check status showing payment has been made. You can then print payment receipt and the appointment information containing the bar code.

The bar code is on the appointment information page

Not everyone makes an appointment they do it by post.

When completed and after making payment you should be able to download the confirmation with barcode.

• Download Document Button (for download Appointment Receipt or Payment Receipt.)

Somebody has been making merit for me. Somehow tonight on a different computer a click box magically appeared which dropped down to reveal my application & receipt replete with barcodes galore. It really, really wasn't there previously. Thanks for your input everybody.
