Urgent accurate info needed. Coronavirus rules for Thai nationals reentering Thailand from the USA.

Hi everyone.  My Thai wife is getting a 10 year green card and she has the 18 month extension letter, I've adopted my 8 year old Thai daughter.  So they are good to go as far as getting back into the USA.   My wife's mother just got diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer.  The CT is horrid.  I am sending my wife and daughter back to Thailand until she dies, time being urgent.    They both have their valid Thai passports for reentry to Thailand.  The question is what they do with Thai nationals who need to enter Thailand from the USA, given the Coronavirus?    I can't find anything coherent online that I can read in English.

Look at the Thai Embassy in the USA's website.  It'll talk about Certificate of Entry, quarantine requirements, repatriation and semi-commercial flights and how to go about it all.  Come back with any specific queries.
