I cannot do online 90 days report. System says I have to contact Immigration.

Which immigration office should I go for that ? (I am living in Bangkok).

You will do it at the temporary office at Muang Thong Thani.

OP,  the appointment system works a treat. 

Also note that for 90 day report the queue even without appointment isn't too bad. 

Tip. Make sure that you have required photocopies as the queue for that service is a pain.

I had the same issue and went to MTT building second floor. Suggest u make appointment online and take copy of appoint info. Get in line and show the appointment to the IO and they well lead u to the proper desk immediately. All u need is the receipt of last 90 day report, passport. It helps to have a completed TM47 form. Took me 20 minutes in total.
