Most people send stuff out of Thailand, are you really contemplating sending it in ?

Few years ago, the family sent me some vitamins by the post (and were silly enough to include the labels, receipts, etc.) and I was taxed quite heavily on them.

theres a thai version of the fda...but no one really worries about it until they get big.

You absolutely need FDA approval if you intend to sell in Thailand. My business partner is going through this process now with an Australian health care product. It takes a long time to get. He imported a product here from the USA two years ago without FDA approval and had to stop selling it as he couldn't get approval on it.
