hi all

well now i am considering making another sv application for my wife as we will have to wait until sept until the embassy have to return the bundles and then wait for a hearing which even if won i cant see an issuance of visa until november ?

now is there any problem submitting another application whilst an appeal is in progress and will another application have any detrimental affects to my wifes appeal ??

also will i have to have our marriage papers translated again into english and attested again as they kept the last one as it was not returned with the paperwork when she got her refusal notice ??

any advice would be appreciated as i dont want to submit another application at great expense to only make things worse ??

thanks in advance

If you wish you can make another SV application while you are waiting for your appeal. If the new application is successful you can cancel the appeal.

However you should treat the new application as a full application and submit everything that is required and definitely address the reasons for refusal. So yes you will need to submit your marriage papers again but why translated, surely the marriage certificate will be accepted in Thai or English.
