Anyone know what's causing this to appear near the top right of some pages?

Seems fairly random - only appears from time to time and doesn't seem to affect anything.

Running Brave on Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3 with a dark theme

 

The forum is currently a "work in progress" regarding the theme etc.
