You will have to finish your ASQ before you can change your money.

It looks like you've recently come into 30,000€, and you're looking to come to Thailand, and blow it in some female company.

My advice is to leave 27,000€ in the bank and just come with 3,000€.

Trust me.

I don't know about the airport just now, but you can exchange Euro notes at money changers and banks. But make sure they are new or newish and undamaged. Even the tiniest tear and the note can be rejected. It's happened to me.
