Ta22 is just the same in real life as he is on these forums - he is a genuinely nice guy with an interesting look on life and a fount of (often bizarre) knowledge.You'll like him - we sure do CB Bears a remarkable resemblence.............Is that ok P1P? My Thai wife [and all Thais] know it from birth and i do believe it is in the genes as she comes from a long line of food vendors and has a masters degree in bagology. She has showed me how to tie it and how to untie it, but i still DON'T GET IT. Instead, i use western technology.....sissors. I'LL DO IT MY WAY !!! my western ways have led me to develope my own [new improved] technique in tying a bag with a rubber band. I simply twist the opening of the bag a few turns, then fold the twisted part of the bag over and then wrap the rubberband over the twist. easy to open too....just pull the bag above and below the rubber and presto!! the rubber goes flying off [later to be found behind the stove or under a counter] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It seems nobody can get them undone and nobody here is very profficient with a knife !! And who was it who likes to bite the the end off the bag ? Could make a very funny video !!
