Exactly!  Lead by example!  Show us your leadership abilities and self governing transparency. 

Mandate an innoculation program paid by the government. Include the cues and enthusiasm of all residents and citizens on national radio. T..v. and newspapers, show a high percentage of compliance, and request direct internstional flights non stop into Koh Samui.  

Allow Yachtsmen and crews in under the same mandate. Activate marine, coast guard, and immigration to invite tourism.

Refrain from calling people foreigners.  

International guests and investors need confidence and reassurances. 

Be the first to patrol and boarder check all ports sea and air. 

Let the festival resume safely.
