BANGKOK, March 19 (TNA) - A spooky noodle stall proved to be popular with miniature coffins being used to contain seasonings, spoons and chopsticks.

The name of “Long Phee Mee Kiaw” (coffins of noodles and dumplings) stall sounded spooky but it was always crowded with customers who would see miniature coffins containing seasonings, spoons and chopsticks as well as toothpicks in miniature urns on their tables. The stall owner had such miniature coffins and urns produced for use in her shop only.

Customers agreed that noodles were very delicious at the street food stall besides Wat Saket School in inner Bangkok. The vendor made bowls of noodles on her cart and placed tables and stools on the pavement. The stall started two weeks ago and served noodles Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm.
