Several Questions NON-O marry

I have been married since last September and have all Marry documents incl Khor 2 - copies ID wife - Bankbook - Copie Tambien Baan etc.
My wife owns a house and living with her daughter.
I will return end June on a NON-O based on married, hopefully the quarantaine is reduced by 7/10 day
Probobly i will take a flight from AMA-DOHA-BKK with Qatar Airway.This will be a one way flight
Off course i will ask for the COE/requirements/ASQ and Insurance
I am planning to stay as long as possible
- 90 days based on NON-O + Extension 30 day + (if still possible "Covid Extension"  60 day) + 60 day
   etension based on visiting your wife 
After /during this period i will try to get a 1 year extension with the 40.000 baht/p.m method

My questions:
1. Do i need to fill in/report a TM30 form? (even when i am married?)
   I will stay with my wife in her house for all the time i be in Thailand

2.Do i need to go i person (with wife) to MTT/Bangkok
3.My first extension for 1 year based on Married/40.000 method: Must i show 2 month on a Thai bank (oversea
   transfer OR 12 month monthly income (I understand the 400.000 baht option)
4.IF my time runs out and NOT meet the 40.000 baht requirement (I can NOT show 12 month),what options
   i have left after the other mentioned extensions?

5.IF i must leave the country by December/January and the borders are still closed......Maldiven a option?
   (I have read that there is NO possibility to obtain a NON-O visa in that country)
