STD Warehouse
Referring to this product https://www.homepro.co.th/p/15433 Chaindrite termite protection. Does anyone know how long it lasts when applied to wood. Im asking because for our hardwood windows and doors we have treated them with Chandrite and afterwards have painted them. So since they are now painted we can no longer Chandrite them again as they have a few coats of paint on them. So will the Chandrite just last forever? But, windows and doors should have obvious tunnels if under attack and can be controlled externally. Not something to worry about.

He knew he had been attacked when the door fell off the frame. The frame was just a paint skin by then

The door was unaffected as the termites could not bridge to an object that moved. The point was that termites can attack without obvious tunnels, not the effect of Chaindrite on protecting wood.
