Hi guys,

I am coming to LOS December 11 (07) any one know of a good, clean no-frills hotel near sukhumvit (not the Y, I am to old for bunking up ).

I have stayed at the Golden Palace on soi 1 sukhumvit but I have lost their number and email address.

I am on a tight budget this trip so somewhere between 500 to 1000 baht per night for a double room, all the rooms I have looked at come in the area of 2000 baht (maybe it’s the time of year).

Hoping you can help guys.

A pretty new hotel, Bangkok Suites, they don't use agents but can book directly over the internet. It costs I think 850 a night, includes free internet, breakfast, has nice rooms with aircon of course, refrig, cheap roomservice and isn't far from the location you want.
