Getting into Thailand. What are the steps to follow.

Hi.

 

Can someone who has traveled during Covid-19 to Thailand provide me with a simplified (step)approach to follow. Book Flight, Hotel, COV etc...

I.E Step1.. Step2 etc.... Documents to provide also.

Or Is there a standard document (attachment) available I can use as a guide.

 

Any hiccups you made I should be aware of?

 

I went to the NYC Thai Consulate website for help, was directed to view a short video(in Thai).

It appears there are some hoops to jump through. Just want to know where to start/ complete before going to the next step.

 

Looking to travel in June (2021) for 7 months. I will be submitting a O-A Visa in New York City Thai Consulate.

PS: I know what the O-A Visa requirements are, been given estimates on Covid-19 and O-A insurance cost.

I assume you are living in a state that is within the NY York consulates area of responsibility.

You will apply for the OA visa on online. Links are on the webpage for it and the COE application.

It is hard to predict what the requirements will be in June for the quarantine and etc. If you have been vaccinated you may only need a 7 day quarantine.

OP, at least you have done some research on insurance etc.

The topic you looking for advice has had a zillion threads. Try to google something like "COE process thaivisa". I just did that and list of many threads with links are shown. Or it could be more particular, such as ASQ recommendations etc etc.

Make sure to include the word thaivisa at end of each search. 

There are also facebook groups, youtube etc
