After checking their website I could see no way to transfer funds to either my own account at another Thai bank or to another persons account at another Thai bank. I can do this with my Kasikorn account ... although it is a bit messy as you need to pre-register the recipient. Surely SCB has the same facility ... but I can't find it on their website Naka.
