Nice question, but hard to answer.

With both my rottweiler and GSD I sometimes think they do see ghosts, especially when they keep on barking while I can't see anything or anybody around.

But then, the rottie is 11 and both his eye-sight and hearing have gone worse over the last months and the GSD is 10. So, it might be just old age

Since there are no such thing as ghosts, of course the answer is "no". Only humans are stupid enough to make something like this up.

Well I don't know if there are ghosts, spirits etc or not.

But if there are any of the above, I am sure my cat would know. My cat knows all.
