I just called "Superrich Thailand" https://www.superrichthailand.com/#!/en and they informed me that it's not them who offer that Visit Thailand mastercard. 

 

Appears to be another company using the same nickname.

 

However, the "Super rich mastercard" (Visit Thailand)  mobile app is currently available to download from the app store (iOS) and appears to be working. But....

 

I then called the contact number at the bottom of the Visit Thailand leaflet (see above image), and it appears the number has been disconnected. 

 

That's all I have found out so far.

 

Perhaps it died off.

Absolutely, but nobody wants to loose face by applying for it.

I have one but not using it. You can only top up with cash in Bangkok or from a Thai bank account, so what's the point? Just open a normal bank account.
